Main Job accountabilities:
· Support DC Treasury team with daily operational and administrative support for the InHouse Bank (IHB) and cashpooling services.
· Represent Treasury in projects for the global business unit, ensuring that global and local requirements are well understood, integrated in projects plans, and integrated on global processes and systems.
· Further developing our systems from a treasury business perspective with our IT counterparts including definition of global and country requirements, testing, implementation and user training. Evaluating new systems and solutions to further enhance the Treasury landscape.
· Support the process analysis to identify potential for process improvement, process re-engineering and support process management for global finance and treasury processes
· Define, development and implement plans for transformation and optimization, identify gaps in global process and executing remediation efforts.
· Actively contribute to effective sharing of knowledge and best practices within the business unit.
· Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and external compliance.
· Enhancing and executing internal KPI reporting, reporting and analysis.
· Review and document processes, information flows, and controls in English
Requirements:
· University degree, MBA preferred.
· 3-5 years experience in a related area.
· Familiar with standard concepts, practise, and procedures in corporate treasury.
· Fluent in English, further language is an asset.
· SAP FI, FSCM, and/or TR knowhow are preferable.
· Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and Powerpoint).
