As a Training Administration Consultant, you will develop training materials and consults with other areas such as HR, IT, Quality and individual business areas on content, format and development of training programs utilizing current theories and concepts, including adult learning methodologies. You will be responsible for group and individual training sessions for new and existing employees, including scheduling, training material/media development, presentation and record keeping. You will monitor the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement. You will interface with all good manufacturing practices groups to provide support and oversight of training compliance. You will participate in other quality systems activities such as internal audit, inspection preparation and change control as required. You will provide leadership in continuous improvement according to GMP and current industry standards. As a Training Administration Consultant , you will be a seasoned professional with wide-ranging experience. You will deal with diverse and often times complex issues, where analysis may require in-depth evaluation of many factors. You will exercise judgment in evaluating methods and may determine criteria for obtaining solutions. You will network with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise as well as some key contacts outside area of expertise.

You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

·  Designs, develops and delivers supervisory, management training courses for internal staff. Develops and tests, multi-media, power-points, eLearning and other training aids using sound instructional design methodology.
·  Establishes objectives and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the training activities. Makes modifications as necessary to ensure the training meets the educational goals.
·  Interacts with leadership team to develop educational goals and specifications for course content. Partners with management to ensure programs/materials are relevant and have business focus. Assists management with development and implementation of the process to define and evaluate training needs.
·  Keeps abreast of training and development research, adult learning theory, motivation theory and new materials, methods and techniques. Identifies best practices associated with adult based learning objectives. Serves as a resource to departments on how to most effectively use learning methodologies and technologies to develop instructionally sound training programs and materials.
·  Assists management with tools and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the training materials and methods following the conclusion of training sessions.
·  Creates interactive computer based training programs or classroom courses incorporating a variety of multi-media techniques.
·  Manages outsourced vendor training products and materials to ensure cGMP content is correct and product is compatible with the Learning Management System.
·  Building internal and external relationships to facilitate optimal business partnerships, aid in knowledge and communication flow (i.e. stakeholder management) and maintain execution of assigned projects/plans. Provide subject matter expertise while championing change.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
·  5+ years of experience
·  Complete understanding and wide application of technical and training principles, theories, and concepts in the field
·  General knowledge of other related disciplines
·  Experience with curriculum development, course design and training effectiveness
·  Strong knowledge of training practices, principles and method (i.e. adult learning)
·  Problem solving and decision making skills
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

·  Bachelor's degree preferred
·  Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field
·  General knowledge of other related disciplines
