Are you an outstanding sales professional that demonstrates exceptional specialty sales experience in biologics? Are you looking to make impact to patients in your region? We are currently looking for a Roche Representative to join our Quebec team in Montreal East-West.

As an active and engaged member of the Field team, the Roche Representative builds strong long-term relationships with key customers by optimizing Roche resources.

You are accountable for all on-label promotional interactions with customers within assigned team with the objective of achieving better outcomes to more patients faster.

The Roche Representatives are responsible for developing territory business and key customer plans, and for successful implementation of the on-label Brand strategy and tactics.

Incumbents need to work collaboratively with all other field Roche colleagues as appropriate to ensure that they are coordinating efforts within the organization to deliver excellent solutions and best in class customer experience based on customer and patient needs.

The incumbent must also operate within approved expense budgets, Roche policies, and IMC guidelines.

Job Accountabilities:

Accountability 1: Promotional Activities

•Development and implementation of a strategic territory plan

•Identification of intervention points that improve the healthcare journey and customer experience that are aligned with Brand Goals and work with Field team colleagues on to best act on it

•Drive customer engagement to achieve on our North Star aligned to Brand POA.

•Accountable for all promotional interactions with customers aligned with Brand Goals and as defined in collaboration with their Field team colleagues

•Utilizing tools and technology to maximize customer contact and territory planning

Accountability 2: Coordinated & Integrated approach / Customer engagement

•Engage key internal and external stakeholders in order to fully understand and meet customer needs

•As the primary point of contact with customers in a given geography, develop an understanding of the customer's needs in order to successfully coordinate the cross-functional Roche resources necessary to deliver excellent solutions / experience for customers and patients.

•Drive customer engagement to achieve on our North Star aligned to POA from Brand.

•Ensures that all resources within the Field team and Brand Squad are properly leveraged to bring value to customers.

•Support other members of their Field team and functions to ensure they achieve their customer engagement objectives.

•In collaboration with other Field team members, provide input/insight to Field Leads to help shape the evolution of relevant marketing and analytical capabilities that improve our ability to engage customers in a more timely and relevant manner.

Accountability 3: Leadership initiatives:

• Provides leadership to Field team to ensure optimal collaboration and effectiveness

• Involvement in high level business projects, such as assisting Field Lead on assigned projects, gathering customer insights, etc.

• Share best customer engagement practices by leveraging internal networks to reinforce learnings and successful outcomes

• Ambassador for Field Chapter and Corporate initiatives (e.g. competitive selling, business management, change management, regional priorities)

Who you are:

·  Completed Bacholors of Science or Business (4 year program)
·  Fully bilingual in French and English
·  Preferred Health care background or MBA preferred
·  Experience in field as a sales professional is required
·  Experience inRespiratoryis considered an asset
·  A leader who can influence
·  Communication is a strength of yours
·  You are analytical and strategic
·  You are exceptional atplanning/organizationalskills
·  You have facilitation experience and excellent presentation skills A bonus if you have 1 year+ of head office experience (ex.: Training, Medical Education, Marketing)
·  Experience working with a cross-functional team is required
·  Experience working in an agile organization is an asset
·  Experience in a Strategic Account Manager position is a strong asset
·  Minimum 2 years clinical/managerial role within a medical institution/center is an asset
·  Previous experience in patient support program management is an asset
