What we do:

Three divisions represent the hungarian Roche Affiliate: Pharma, Diagnostics and Diabetes Care. The HR function (People and Culture) - is a shared function: focused on activities related to outstanding employee experience.

Our whole affiliate goes through an agile transformation, so does the global HR function, therefore we are going to start with a 1 year fixed contract in this new role as a member of the local team and the global Integrated Workforce Solutions Chapter.

Your day to day responsibilities are:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will design and lead our external facing HR related activities: talent acquisition, employer branding. You are also going to support the business with relevant HR solutions and influence business decisions through Business Partnering.

As a qualified expert, you:

· 
Understand Roche's business and competitor's strategy to identify solutions and provide business impact

· 
Participate in the development and implementation of the people strategy/agenda for the business.

· 
Successfully implement global and local HR processes and decisions, ensure meaningful communication.

· 
Are a trusted partner for talent acquisition related solutions influencing business decisions

· 
Manage the entire recruitment activities and administrate it accordingly in Workday, provide reports

· 
Lead and/or support HR projects together with the HR team

· 
Design and lead the Talent Marketing (Employer Branding ) activities of the organization and reach out to diverse target groups for various collaboration opportunities.

· 
Key responsible for people data clarity, grading principles and up to date workforce insights (market data, benchmarking)

· 
As a business partner, you are going to provide general day-to-day support for teams and leaders in Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Management, Salary Benchmarking, Engagement Survey, Reward and recognition

· 
Actively shape internal communication and culture as a People and Culture Partner.

University or College Education, concentration on HR (preferably)

· 
4+ years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition (Agency background is an advantage) - we are more interested in the content of the experience than the years itself

· 
Some experience in Grading - salary Benchmarking, employee relations, organizational HR role

· 
Good understanding of Hungarian labour law and implementing HR policies and strategies

· 
Strong influencing & Stakeholder management skills

· 
Great communication and presentation skills

· 
Experience in Project management

· 
Proactive and growth mindset

· 
Courage, Passion and creativity

· 
Proficiency in English & Hungarian
