Promoting the professional and personal development of all employees is a high priority for Roche. The Learning and Development Team within Pharma Technical (PT) supports the different functions and organisational units with various learning and development activities. During the internship you will support the PT Learning and Development Team in the design, development, update and digitization of their offerings, as well as building the strategy for new ways of learning. You will support a range of initiatives, tools and system implementation, which will enable employees in the organisation to grow and further develop in their roles and careers. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and make your contribution in an international and multicultural environment.

Your main tasks will include:

· 
Supporting the creation of competency maps, implementing and rolling out competency assessment tools

· 
Supporting L&D project work and coordination around rotational development programs, and leadership development trainings and programs

· 
Development of communication and training concepts

· 
Support of the portfolio launch in areas such as agility, leadership, soft skills, new ways of working

· 
Assists with the development / implementation of new learning technologies and concepts i.e., digital learning in collaboration with external vendors

· 
Supporting market research, development of surveys

· 
Planning and organizing learning events in terms of flow and content

You are an enrolled student in the field of Psychology, Adult Education, Communication or Human Resources or comparable area of study; recent graduates (within 1 yr) also accepted

Display a proactive, independent, well-organised, and structured working style

· 
Be highly interested in people and organisational development

· 
Show interest in working with software solutions (e.g., gSuite)

· 
Act as a great teammate with solid communication skills

· 
Experience in training development and workshop facilitation is a plus

· 
Fluent in oral and written English, German or other language is an asset
