You will be responsible for:

·  Leading and supervising the Application Specialists to provide service in application support to key accounts within planed budget
·  Leading and motivating team members to conduct operator training after instrument installation; making sure correct and smooth operation for end users
·  Conducting product training for sales, marketing and service team members
·  Achieving sales target on a quarterly and yearly basis assigned by BA Head
·  Maintaining good customer relationship by regularly visit key account to promote reagent for value-based management
·  Ensuring appropriate techniques and skills are developed and consistently applied.
·  Through working closely with the team members, identifing the room for improvements in terms of various knowledge and skills gaps and address the issue by proactive evaluation feedback mechanisms and provision support of development and training programs.
·  Working with sales and marketing team to promote RAS GS products
·  Supervising team members to keep good and up to date customer database.
·  Developing application team in order to support the rapid business growth and liaise with marketing/region to provide basic product training to new-hires.
·  Designing yearly budget and submit to BA Head to review
·  Ensuring compliance with the company SOP regulations.
·  Ensuring compliance with safety, sales and other policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of professional standards and performance.
·  Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
·  Conducting business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
·  Understanding and fulfilling the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

You should have:

·  Master degree or higher in molecular biology or other life science disciplines or equivalent.
·  Proficiency in both spoken and written English
·  Good command of MS office software application
·  Product & Application Expertise
·  Good track record for working in a MNC company for two or more years, with related work experience in sales & application support.
·  The ability to effectively work within a diverse environment, develop new customers while maintaining
·  all existing accounts, deliver effective application service.
·  Health Conditions:
·  According to the "Quality Management Regulations for Medical Device Management" and the "Regulations on Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Products", health checks should be conducted at least once a year; if you have infectious diseases or other diseases that may contaminate medical devices or drugs shall not be engaged in related work.
