Are you passionate about redefining partnership with patients and stakeholders in healthcare? Be the owner of the disease and treatment area and solve the patient and stakeholders needs on behalf of Roche? If so, this role could be for you!

The mission we want to accomplish is to deliver better comes for more NMO patients faster.

As the RC Partner (RCP), you will be externally focused. You will thrive for an intimate understanding of the NMO patients and stakeholders (the eco-system). You act as the customer-facing, single-point of contact, and as the connector with Roche's internal capabilities, and ultimately drive for co-creation within the eco-system to achieve personalized & fit-for purpose solutions.

You'll do this as part of a larger self-managed and directed network of RCPs.

To be successful, you'll need to closely collaborate with all functions in an affiliate to exchange insights and analyze the disease ecosystem. Your knowledge of the competitive landscape will impact Roche strategy and ultimately patients.

What you will want to achieve:

·  Mapping of the eco-system and patient journey in order to understand the road blocks and opportunities within the eco-system for the patients.
·  Build trust and credibility with the patients and stakeholders in the eco-system in order to truly achieve co-creation.
·  Create a cross-functional pre-launch and launch plan considering regulatory, medical, clinical, access and commercial outcomes that needs to be achieved.
·  An active contributor of insights to the RCP and Pharma International community to contribute to strategy shaping.

The person we are looking for has:

·  A proven leadership in their career thus far, who is looking to up their impact for patients and achieve co-creation of solutions with external and internal partners.
·  A strong sense of urgency and desire to deliver better patient outcomes.
·  A general manager mindset that will own the disease and business, making Roche the best partner for NMO and rare conditions.
·  Has acquired T-shape skill set in pharmaceutical industry.
·  The experience to work autonomously but knows how to leverage external and internal partnerships to create solutions.
