Overview of main responsibilities
· Supports PP team in preparation, execution, monitoring and reporting of Grants and sponsorships; coordinates cross-functional GSD relationships and ensure end-to-end GSD process management
· Supports contract management and activation with Patient community; works in collaboration with other relevant functions to remove roadblocks and supports the PP team in preparation of reports
· Responsible for administration of contracts including data validation, tracking, accruals, invoice processing and reporting
· Supports PP Operations Lead in budget and process management
· Supports the team in Knowledge Management through organizing the team shared drive and library of Patient Partnerships
· Monitors and updates risk management plans
· Updates Patient Advocacy Group mapping
· Supports updating internal platforms
· Supports PP team in organization of team meetings (e.g. annual PP team meeting, offsite meetings) and external events
· Provides logistical support to the PP team
Overview of work context
Cross-functional collaboration
· Liaises with internal stakeholders to support the operational management of Patient Partnership, including legal, finance and contract management
Compliance
· Is responsible for acting in line with legal, regulatory and company standards and codes of practice (such as Roche Code of Conduct and any other Roche directives and guidelines)
· Completes all required training modules as a priority

Person Profile
Professional and Technical Requirements
· Project management experience
· University level degree is preferred
· Knowledge of compliance, legal and financial processes and systems
Experience
· Experience of working in a complex matrix environment and successfully delivering outcomes
Knowledge
· Has appropriate knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. scrum, design thinking, lean etc.)and has a capability of applying them depending on the context and need to generate impact
