KRAs:

 Develop differentiated value proposition for Roche Innovations based on customer/patient insights, pilot test hypothesis with top customers, draw tactical plan, tract and monitor campaign effectiveness and inspire  internal stakeholders for a flawless execution of brand strategy.

 Build strong network of hematologists and leverage the same for launch of Polivy and hematology franchise.

 Ensures thorough insighting and assessment of opportunity to serve patients through the right marketing mix

 Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, advocates, advocacy groups to drive franchise priorities across hematology networks

 Leverages Roche Equity (global and local) to ensure impact belief behavior shifts (in collaboration with medical team for belief shifts)

 Build unique value proposition of Roche Innovations
 Develop Brand Plans with inputs from State teams
 Develop strong professional relationship with top KOLs to ensure brand adoption and opinion cascade
 Employ brand portrait wheel framework flawlessly in brand strategy and execution
 Contribute to building business planning capability in State teams
 Inspire value specialists to execute promotional campaigns flawlessly and measure impact

Eligibility Criteria:

Should possess 8+ years of experience in marketing.

Experience in sales will be preferred.Candidates with people management experience will be preferred.
