Job facts
Job Purpose:
To provide support to IT HUB employees and IT HUB Site Head in administrative tasks and Site specific tasks.
Key Accountabilities:
Organizational
• Building Management e.g. Organize process for flexible office space desks, Building management point of contact, Facility Management tasks e.g desk plans, guest badges etc.
• Responsible for On-boarding and off-boarding of Spain employees
• Raise Purchase Requisitions for IT HUB in San Cugat
• Assume responsibility for ordering and tracking of, office supplies / stationery etc. via SAP
• Organizes travel, seminars, accommodation, catering and program arrangement for events for IT HUB employees as needed
• Organizes internal and external conferences, consultant meetings, etc.
• Organizes technical facilities in conference rooms
General Secretarial
• Acts as contact to re-direct enquiries from outside/inside Roche Diabetes Care
• Helps to organize executive management meetings
• Coordinates administrative matters and responsible for circulating information within the Team
• Communicates/clarifies administrative procedures to eliminate conflict or duplication
