Knowledge & Training Project ManagerMission: The Team Knowledge Management ensures that training and knowledge is rolled out in the most effective way, where and when needed and completion is tracked so every Customer service employee gets the knowledge in the easiest and most comprehensive way and is well prepared to reach the highest level of customer service. Team Knowledge Management consists of 5 people: Team Manager (located in Mannheim), 2 colleagues located in Mannheim, 2 colleagues located in Sant Cugat. Responsibilities: • Maintenance of knowledge database: Updating of information, publishing of necessary information, answering of Inbox-requests, creation of Read & Understood etc. • Conception and implementation of a new knowledge database in close collaboration with different stakeholders • Development of new knowledge/training methods regarding digitalization and social media • Participation or leading of nat./internat. Projects to follow the Customer Service strategy • Request and check the translation of quality related documents (German – English – Spanish) • Training of knowledge topics (FIT platform, maintenance etc.) for country champions, skill champions (all hubs) as well as basic-training for new employees • Ensure business exchange with colleagues from Middle East and LATAM • Support of time management topics (eTempo)
