Your department
Your internship will take place in the Global Customer Support organization in Mannheim. We are a team of international experts taking care of training, service and technical product management of our core lab products. Our main responsibility is to train our service colleagues worldwide and to share the knowledge within the Roche organizations. Further, we support customer laboratories around the world, keeping their operational performance high for better patient service.
Your tasks

Support your teams with the digitalization of training content and methodologies
·
Cut, edit and review Roche's Core Lab video trainings
·
Collect, review and list suitable videos for educational purpose on external platforms
·
Create visual learning content out of CAD data
·
Educate us in what else is possible
·
Take over your tasks independently, after an individually adapted training phase took place
·
Use and enhance the digitization options for our Roche internal google pages
·
Test the outcome, collect feedback and adapt the content
You are shaping Roche's digital transformation and you understand challenges that change brings
Your profile
·
You are an enrolled student at a university or are in a gap year
·
You are passionate about the topic of digitizing learning content and would like to gain further experience in this field
·
You can quickly learn complex concepts and make them easy to understand in texts, pictures and/or videos
·
Ideally you have already gained some experience in the service sector
·
You distinguish yourself through initiative, good communication skills and technical affinity
·
You are proficient in English via word and text
