This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader where you can make an impact. As the Senior HR Generalist you will be responsible for;

Job Summary

·  Contribute to the design and delivery of people and Organisation Development and Talent Acquisition strategies across the ecosystems and partner to drive the organizational transformation.
·  Partner with the business teams to identify Organisation Development and Talent Acquisition priorities and determine resource requirements to implement these initiatives.
·  Enable people's learning, growth, excellence and results while driving better outcomes for our organization, employees and patients.
·  Collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional team members, as well as with external stakeholders.
·  Build strong internal and external succession pipelines and establish key EVP initiative within and beyond the company

Change Management and Organizational Development (50%)

·  Support Roche Diagnostics Malaysia to deliver goals and strategies by shaping and executing a multi-year Organisation Development roadmap
·  Actively partner with the business units in shaping a healthy, engaging, inclusive and high-performing culture
·  Ensure new ways of leading are modeled and embedded into the organization.
·  Provide team effectiveness and leadership coaching and consulting support the employees and people managers, with the goal of accelerating their leadership journey both as collective as well as individual leaders.
·  Provide expert advice on organisation design, capability development and change management to support the most significant organizational transformations
·  Implement corporate initiatives to the company with smooth adaptation
·  Identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.
·  Commission and manage additional internal or external resources as and when required in order to ensure cost-effective delivery of agreed organisation development initiatives.
·  Work with the Internal Communications person to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build employees engagement

Business Partnering (40%)

·  Strategic partner to leaders & managers of client groups (business units)
·  Consult, advise, coach, and partner with the business on people and organizational needs
·  Ensure alignment with agreed group, functional and regional initiatives as well as business strategy and ensure successful local execution
·  Drive organizational effectiveness including change management for assigned client groups
·  Influence the overall people strategy
·  Develop and drive local HR initiatives that meet key business needs (aligned with global requirements)

HR Operations (10%)

·  Preparation of HR Related Documentation
·  Handling of exit process for employee and international assignee
·  Support to educate manager on recruitment processes via HR Systems (i.e.: Workday)
·  Talent Acquisition: support the hiring of new staff from end-to-end
·  Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines.

Job Specific Competencies

·  Experience in people and organizational development and talent acquisition
·  5+ years of experience in managing people in a project environment
·  Strategic mindset and demonstration of achieving results with excellence in execution in a highly dynamic environment
·  Embraces innovation and willing to experiment and prototype
·  Creative leadership skills in line with Roche Diagnostics Values
·  Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
·  Good command of English language

Qualifications

·  Degree in Business Management or any related discipline
·  Major in Human Resource Management from recognized institute is preferable

Experience

·  At least 3 years of related experience
·  Basic experience in Marketing and communication is preferable
·  Experience in stakeholder management
·  Experience in a multinational company

Knowledge

·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
·  Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge and best practices in Organisation Development; particularly around change management and developing organisation culture
