The Future ERP Roadmap is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing the functional ERP roadmaps in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes and systems leveraging industry and Roche best practices.

The new supply chain planning system of record (SCP SOR) OMP+ will be implemented in parallel to the new SAP ERP S/4 system. SCP SOR OMP+ will have a deep technical and process integration with current SAP ECCs and the future SAP S/4.

As the OMP+ supply chain planning IT Solution Architect you are responsible for delivering IT solutions that fulfil the business requirements in the area of supply chain planning within the Future ERP Roadmap program. In this role you report to the Global ERP SC Planning IT Lead.

Your primary responsibilities include:

·  Define, design, build and oversee the implementation and rollout of global functional solutions based on OM Partners cloud based OMP+ solution
·  Ensure the solution fits to the Roche SC Planning requirements and the end-to-end technical operations processes including systems, interfaces and platforms
·  Collaborate with the program and business teams to ensure continuous business and IT alignment
·  Collaborate with functional and IT teams working closely with the SC Planning organisation and stakeholders, as well as Master Data
·  Define and contribute to the configuration of the interfaces (OMP Namespace) between OMP+ and SAP ECC and S/4 as well as other systems, e.g. SAP APO or SAP BW
·  Manage and guide external system integrators working in the SC Planning area
·  Work closely with PMO to ensure effective project governance, management and timely reporting of progress on activities and work packages according to the program plan and milestones
·  Ensure smooth handover of the solution and the systems built to the support and operations teams

You bring the following qualifications:

·  7+ years of experience preferably in a global enterprise in the Life-Science industry, delivering ERP solutions in transformational projects
·  3+ years of hands on experience in implementing and/or managing supply chain planning and/or detailed scheduling solutions in OMP+ connected to SAP ECC systems for execution.
·  Excellent Business Process knowledge in the area of global supply chain planning and detailed scheduling preferably in Life-science and/or CPG industry
·  Experience in managing or connecting to validated computer systems
·  Very good understanding of supply chain planning solutions in OMP+ (strategic, tactical, operational planning and detailed scheduling) Very good understanding of the integration between OMP+, SAP ECC, APO and BW. (OMP Namespace, RFC, iDoc)
·  Good knowledge of SAP ECC PP/PI data model and transactions is an asset.
·  Excellent interpersonal skills in large multi-national enterprise as well as experience in delivering projects using standard project management methodology (e.g. PMI)
·  C-level fluency in English and preferably conversational German
