Location: Illovo, Johannesburg

Reports into: Compensation and Benefits Manager

The Position

Provide Payroll support to the HR Function as a Fleet Administrator. The Fleet Administrator will need to pay close attention to detail and have a firm understanding of analyzing of fleet database and analyse the current policy to align with Global Safety and Health requirements.

Your key activities will include:

·  Liaising with Payroll Providers when required
·  Analyse current fleet database against global SHE requirements and legal parameters
·  Analyse roles for compliance to policy
·  Analyse current policy and align to global SHE
·  Make recommendations - objectives, phased in, timelines
·  Present to Leadership Team as final outcome

·  Able to form policy taking into account legal limitations
