Supply Chain Officer

You will mainly be responsible for:

Supply Chain

·  Entry and process orders from distributor
·  Order management for replenishment stock started creating purchase order to supplier in system and ensure onetime delivery to prevent stock out according confirmation from Supply Chain Manager
·  Administrative activity balance (MRP) for replenishment stock & coordinate with QA for product distribution, return or destruction align with GDP
·  Support product launch

Internal Data Processing

·  Provide daily/weekly sales document : picking list product and delivery note
·  Running MRP for replenishment product

External Data Processing

·  Provide distribution of psychotropic to BPOM

You will demonstrate the following qualifications:

·  Bachelor Degree holder from credible University, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain/Accounting
·  Preferably, comes with min 2 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry
·  Proficient in operating MS Excel spreadsheet and MS Access
·  Excellent with numbers, accuracy, and details
·  Good communications skill to engage with people from different backgrounds
·  Good organizational skill, job prioritization capability and ability to meet deadlines
·  Keen learner who is resilient, proactive and creative
·  Independent and collaborative team member
·  Fluent communication skill in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
