Roche Diagnostics has the strategic ambition to become the leader in Digital Diagnostics. As part of this journey more and more digital products & services will be developed and commercialized. To support this journey, Roche needs to implement new back-office processes and develop new capabilities globally.

As part of the Digital Products & Services Framework Project, the Digital Products Business Services team has the mission to:

·  Build, harmonize and operationalize best-in-class back-office processes for digital products,
·  Act as a central center of expertise regarding back-office processes for digital products
·  Become the main point of contact for the organization when it comes to enabling back-office processes for a new digital launch
·  Establish high quality business services for digital products
·  Develop and centralize new capabilities required for the division to run smooth digital operations

The Digital Business Services Analyst will be part of a newly built organization “Digital Products Business Services” and will be integrated into the Digital Products & Services Framework Project.

What your key responsibilities will be

·  Perform daily operational business services for digital products
·  Collaborate with and provide services to lifecycle teams and affiliates
·  Improve and standardize service processes for digital products
·  Perform quality checks and measure service maturity
·  Safeguard best-in-class operational support for our internal customers
·  Provide project support focusing on the Business Services work package

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Bachelor or Master degree in Business Economics (e.g. Economics, Finance, Business Operations etc.) and/or Business Informatics / Information Technology.
·  Min 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial or finance functions, business process management and service operations
·  Excellent written and verbal English skills are mandatory
·  Effective presentation and communication skills
·  Solid experience in international & intercultural collaboration
·  Strong operational expertise in SAP ERP/3 (Sales & Distribution, Finance, Purchasing)
·  Effective analytical and technical skills
·  Experience with digital transformation
