Roche International Call Center, located in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona, is formed by a multi-cultural group of professionals who respond to our clients in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria and Switzerland which includes individuals with chronic diseases and health care professionals.

The Position:

As a member of our Multilingual Customer Call Center your main tasks will be the provision of qualified product support in the field of Diabetes Care, such as providing instructions for Insulin Pumps or Blood Glucose Meter handling and supporting digital solutions, as well as product promotion both on the telephone and via written correspondence.

Who you are:

For the position Customer Care Advisor you bring along the following skills:

·  You speak and write German fluently
·  You are Customer oriented and have experience in handling customer requests – especially critical conversations
·  Ideally you have experience working in a Customer Service Center or within Health Care
·  Knowledge of Diabetes, both personally or professionally, would be a plus
·  You have extensive experience in solving IT questions
·  You are able to read technical information (in English) and provide technical support to customers
·  Ability to work in a team and under pressure, self-dependence and flexibility are qualities that characterize you
·  Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a relevant field (e.g. IT, Heath Care)
·  A fluent command of one of the following languages would be a plus: Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese or English
