We expect from you:

· 
An open mind and ability to cooperate in a very diverse environment,

· 
Interest in IT project and knowledge management, finance, sourcing/procurement

· 
Hands-on experience (commercial or academic) with data collection and analysis; planning and coordination of events, initiatives or projects; progress tracking;

· 
Familiarity with one of the common text editors, spreadsheets and presentation creators. Resource planning, risk and quality management would be a useful advantage

· 
Drive to learn with passion, effective teamwork, interactive communication, the achievement of defined goals

· 
Good communication skills (English)

Let's find out what a usual day of work might look like. You will:

· 
Manage relations with Vendors by tracking status and action points from our regular meetings

· 
Support Outsourcing team with preparing input to contract IT services

· 
Transform and improve services by tasks coordination; create reports, collect and analyse data related to building new PMO

· 
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, procurement, financial controlling and other departments

What you will get from us:

Full time or part-time employment (4/5) for a contract of employment for 12 months with the possibility to extend.

· 
Salary: 5800 PLN gross(for full time).

·
