Job description



· Job facts

Supports, implements, and maintains the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) global pricing and contracting systems. Requires both a technically-oriented and customer-focused individual who will deliver exceptional service and first level support to end-users. Provides expertise consultation and is always mindful of technology, business processes, and system implications. Effectively manages ambiguity, identifies and resolves root cause of issues, and grasps complex processes. Responsible for providing information for, and operationally maintaining the CLM systems and its data. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multi-task and adjust rapidly to new priorities.

The Opportunity:

· Provides business level support for CLM tools. Responsible for user setup, management of system rules, general system management through the administration module, management of system master data, first level user support for service requests and issues/incidents. Integrates strategic thinking with these activities as they relate to the overall user experience.
· As first level support, provides technical assistance to CLM tool users. Triages and works directly with CLM tool users to research, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Effectively logs updates and steps taken for resolution in appropriate support ticketing system.
· Participates with stakeholders on developing strategies, tactics, submission documents, procedures, policies, training programs, and timelines. Perform or aid in the analysis, requirements specification, design, and implementation of systems and programs for the area of expertise.
· Effectively escalates those issues that cannot be resolved using current knowledge to the next level of support. Monitors escalated issues/incidents, follow up communication for support of resolutions to appropriate users.
· Examines current practices and documentation. Identify, investigate and develop continuous operational improvement opportunities with appropriate stakeholders. Take appropriate risks when identifying new ideas for continuous improvement
· Provides support to ensure all new tool updates and releases are implemented by utilizing the appropriate processes and tools to achieve business results.
· Develops cross-functional relationships to facilitate and sustain optimal business partnerships, aide in knowledge and communication flow, and maintain execution of document or plan deployment.
· Support training programs for CLM tools to include updates to training material and presentation of new information and materials to business teams, as appropriate.

Who you are:

· Bachelor's Degree with 3 years industry related experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong computer skills
· Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects that are smaller in scope
· Ability to work independently and with teams that may include senior management
· Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
