Business Process Manager - Financial Reporting

We are looking for a Business Process Manager, who is responsible for the following tasks:

· 
End-User support for global financial reporting applications on SAP BW:

· 
Responsibility for the technical support and documentation

· 
Monitor and control extraction processes on monthly financial reporting due-dates
(with 24h on-call duty)

· 
Interfaces maintenance (BW and SAP R/3): Support analysis and coordination of issue-resolution

· 
End-User training: including preparation and execution of training courses

· 
Change Management: develop requirements (together with business function), document, test and coordinate implementation (with IT)

· 
Deputy to Change Management Team lead for the R&D reporting application: organize-lead-document meetings, coordinate sub-teams, initiate and coordinate changes, analyze incidents and coordinate resolution

To be successful in this role you bring:

· 
IT / computer science degree or equivalent education

· 
2-3 years experience in working with SAP BW

· 
ideally experienced in working in a technical function supporting finance

· 
analytical and solution-focused mindset

· 
ability to deal with complex problems and see the bigger picture

· 
strong communication skills and service-orientation

· 
fluent in English, German is a plus
