The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for supporting our process quality solutions. Tracks, analyzes, maintains, and monitors data in relation to budget, expenses, headcount information and other data that will assist management in making departmental decisions. Provides information and recommendations to management to ensure data and goals are in adherence with standard procedures and policies. Assists with design, integration and programming of systems. Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested.

Specialized knowledge of specific work processes or area. Provides analytical work to assigned area. Advanced knowledge of a specific field, and applies this knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the area. Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information. Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions. Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work. Requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.

Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

The Opportunity:

1. Proactively partner with business areas and provide routine analysis on identified metrics. Monitor performance and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of current programs.
2. Ownership of Open Order Management / Clean Up

3. Track, Trend & Drive Process Improvements in Compliance (Claims, Credits/Debits, FOC, Samples, Quality of Customer Experience)

4. Manage back-end process of claim resolution

5. Design and execute Call Quality Reviews

6. Free of Charge Order & Credit/Debit Monitoring and Analysis

7. Department Lock/Block Oversight

8. Ad Hoc Process Audits as needed

9. Evaluate, Research & Submit Claims

Who you are:

• Associates Degree or 3 years related experience
• 2 years analytical experience
• Demonstrated business administration and process knowledge including impact and affect on business performance
• Comprehensive computer skills including advanced MS Excel utilization
• Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making
• Comprehensive experience analyzing and solving business situations
• Previous project management experience needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SAP and EDI preferred

• Healthcare industry preferred
