As Business Area Finance Partner, you will be the representative of the Finance department in a selected cross functional business team. You will cooperate with the Business Area Head and other cross functional stakeholders in the team to detect relevant events and create solid business plans, budgets and resource allocation in the assigned business area. It includes the monitoring of actual results, understanding of the deviations, identification of gaps, risks and opportunities to reassess and readdress the mid and short term plans. You will also cooperate with Finance HQ prediction team for implementing & adapting to local business area needs the new predictive statistical tools for the economics.

You will have the following responsibilities related to the assigned business area:

·  Planning process coordination for detecting relevant business insights (e.g. triggers), define solid business plan, budget, and resources to fulfill the company goals in a logic of scenario planning.
·  Business area/ product P&Ls (sales & costs) definition, including price/ volume analysis and tracking of the assumptions behind sales & investments
·  Support decision making related to investments & headcounts by monitoring actual results on economics (deviation analysis), analyzing defined business KPIs and by developing “ad hoc” statistical prediction/ financial evaluations (e.g. NPV analysis).
·  Define, review & update on recurring basis the accounting postings related to sales & costs in accordance with the statutory/ international accounting rules.
·  Interact with Senior LT for communicating the economic/ business performance, including the related team decisions.

Requirements

·  Preferable Degree: Statistics
·  5+ years of experience in Business Area Controlling roles in healthcare companies, including proved experience in statistical forecasting models for economics (ETS, TBAS, ARIMA, Croston's, Naïve & STL)
·  Strong Customer Orientation, Project management, Communication and analytical expertise
·  Advanced Excel, Power Point skills
·  BW & R-systems SW user skills
·  Native Italian speaker and Fluent in English
