The position

As an Assistant Service Engineer, you will:

·  Provide first line instrument support, such as corrective and preventive maintenance, installation, hardware and software modification
·  Provide professional service training to customers and peers
·  Update and communicate service information regularly

·  University graduate in Biomedical / Medical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
·  Willing to work at customer sites, such as hospitals, laboratories, etc
·  Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server / XP / 2000 / NT installation
·  Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
·  Knowledge in computer interface and remote diagnostics is a definite advantage
·  Fresh graduate will also be considered
