Within Global Procurement the Portfolio & Performance Management (PPM) team is responsible for the delivery and development of reliable business intelligence, reporting, and analytics services which support data-driven decision making and insights to enable Procurement strategy and objectives.
As a Global Reporting and Analytics Team Member, you are part of the Global Shared Services Center team providing support to Global Procurement and its Portfolio & Performance Management and Analytics & Insights teams. This role is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics support to Procurement and other relevant stakeholders, primarily through the review and fulfillment of service requests for specific business intelligence data analysis and reports. The role also provides general operational support for various Global Procurement reporting and visualization platforms, including supporting implementation, training, continuous improvement identification such as automation and consolidation opportunities.

Main responsibilities

· 
Review user submitted reporting and analytics support requests, executing, escalating or routing as needed

· 
Execute reporting requests or investigate user queries, including reviewing and validating requirements, and applying analytical and technical skills to automate manual reporting processes

· 
Analyze processes and data output, and assists in identifying key business issues and opportunities for improvement

· 
Troubleshoot issues and conducts research on identified business or data issues

· 
Test and validate data of new reports and enhancements to existing reports
Support simplification, usability, and reporting operations efficiency, ensuring consistent business support and continuity, and supporting projects that relate to data and reporting output

· 
Support the successful implementation and continuous development of global reporting solutions by providing business process and analysis expertise and input

Requirements

· 
University degree in Finance, Procurement or a comparable education

· 
Analytical experience in Procurement or Finance/Controller

· 
3+ years of experience in Finance or Procurement as analyst / controller

· 
Finance and procurement processes and systems experience such as Ariba, SAP ERP R/3 MM and FI modules

· 
Strong Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence experience and database knowledge such as MS Access and Oracle

· 
Skills in dashboarding tools such as Tableau, SAP Business Objects/BI, analytical software as Spotfire

· 
Demonstrated experience working with project management and ticketing tool/software like JIRA, Clarity, Service Now, etc.

· 
Business warehouse knowledge is a plus

· 
Strong analytical skills (attention to detail), questioning attitude, embracing change personality

· 
Team player with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills

· 
Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex or technical topics to varied stakeholder audiences

· 
Business level fluency in English
