Would you like to improve healthcare delivery in Slovenia?

As an Access Value Partner, you are substantially accountable to provide amazing portfolio of medical solutions for patients in Slovenia. You are responsible for reimbursement /financing of Roche medicines, diagnostics and our joined digital ambitions. You drive the determination, coordination and execution of the pricing and reimbursement strategy. You lead development of innovative value strategies to move pharmaceutical pricing from volume-based to value-based. You collaborate with portfolio teams and in field Strategic Portfolio Access Partner to deliver reimbursement dossier development, as well as driving pricing strategy. You provide clear evidence and quantification of Roche value for the patients and for the society.


·  Preparing access strategy for financing our products (medicines, diagnostics, digital tools and services when applicable)
·  Leading the process for reimbursement dossier preparation and communication with payer
·  Align pricing and reimbursement strategies with commercial and medical strategies and pricing guidance from headquarter
·  Provide internal pricing approvals and calculation of net prices of our products
·  Perform pharmacoeconomic analysis for reimbursement dossier
·  Developing argumentation and tools to support value story “beyond the product”
·  Create, negotiate and execute innovative reimbursement agreements with the payer
·  Preparation, implementation and coordination of activities that influence the reimbursement and financing of Roche products
·  Maintains and fosters a relevant network of pricing and reimbursement decision makers within the healthcare system
·  Keep up to pace with relevant policies and regulations regarding access, pricing and reimbursement
·  Cooperation with broader access and pricing Roche community to exchange experiences and support each other

·  Experienced storyteller who can design compelling communications and deliver impactful messaging – with a holistic perspective


·  University education preferably in life science or health economics
