MAIN PURPOSE

·  Conduct marketing activities in the EDN market while maintaining the brands integrity and image
·  Assist Marketing Manager follow up on budget for Cartier Parfums
·  Conduct and follow up on trade marketing activities, e-retail, marketing reporting and freelancer budget
·  Provide support to sales team with all product related information

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Management

·   Conduct market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, competitive analysis and sharing of results of market studies
·   Prepare presentations for internal as well as external clients
·   Assist MM follow up on annual budget and monthly split by segment and complete reports for Cartier HQ
·   Support MM manage freelancer agencies
·   Weekly follow up of freelancer days in accordance with budget

Trade Marketing

·   Assist MM implement action plans for strategic product launches in coordination with Area Managers and retail team
·   Assist Area Managers and Marketing Manager define adequate needs of merchandising tools of supply to cover all networks
·   Follow up on product allocation based on client priority and targets in alignment with Area Managers

Sales Reporting / Market Analysis

·   Provide clear sales analysis on a monthly, quarterly annual basis for Management and Headquarter and sales teams
·   Manage and maintain competitive analysis to evaluate market share
·   Report relevant and requested information to HQ marketing team

 

PROFILE

·   Internship experience in Marketing
·   BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing or similar fields
·   Knowledge of FMCG industry
·   Fluent in English and German – French is a plus
·   Self-starter with a an innate sense of accountability
·   Highly analytical
·   Hard working and relentless in the pursuit of excellence with a never give up approach
·   Enjoy working in a fast moving and changing environment
·   Passionate about fragrances and the luxury retail industry
