WE WELCOME

A passionate dynamic enthusiast who is curious about furthering their knowledge on Building & Office (Facility) Management. Work in a great setting, in our heritage building on Herengracht! 

 

Join our Facility team and support them in their daily operations and projects, tackling the many interesting challenges in working with a heritage office space within the center of beautiful Amsterdam. 

 

YOU ARE

supporting Facility operations with quality checking of cleaning services, cleanliness reporting, creation of SAP orders and Vendors (PO`s). 

 

You will also be involved in various projects to make sure that we preserve an orderly, clean and functional environment, in line with legal and health & safety regulations. 

We are currently also working on the implementation of an FMIS (Facility Management Information System) and will appreciate your keen support as well!

 

 

YOU

Are passionate, enthusiastic and have a keen interest in Building & Office Management. You are a great fit with our team if you are solution-oriented, pragmatic, take initiative, system & technology-minded with good computer skills (Excel, PPT, SAP is a plaus). 

 

You have to be available for a period of 6 months and enrolled in university - with strong communication skills in both Dutch & English.

Apart from our attractive central heritage location, we want to point out that this is a paid internship with full reimbursement of travel costs as well.
