Join our prestigious boutique as a Boutique Supervisor to empower the team and work hand on hand with the Boutique Director.

 

Do you match the profile

You have strong interpersonal skills with excellent sales skills and client centric 

You are a good team leader, a good listener, able to coach, train and motivate the team

You are sales and results driven, you love giving the best customer service during and after every sale

You have analytical skills and able to help the Boutique Director with reporting, inventories

Your mother tongue is Italian and you have very good proficiency in English and French

 

What are we expecting from you

As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she complies with the Boutique Director procedures, ensures the efficiency of daily operations within the boutique and embolden the sales staff.
