BOUTIQUE OPERATION SALES ASSOCIATE - MELROSE
PRIMARY DUTIES
· Boutique operation sales associate will assist customersby providing an elevated level of service in a luxury environment and assist with in operational tasks in the boutique.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in the sale of designer clothing.
· Maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures.
· Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed.
· Ensure visual standards are maintained.
· Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison and boutique.
· Assists with administrative and operational duties, including but not limited to : aftersales customer service, repairs/ damages, ecommerce returns, and consignments
· Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
· Assist boutique management to ensure all maintenance issues are resolved
JOB PROFILE
Education:
· High School diploma.
· Proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.
Required experience:
· 1-2 years of retail experience, in a sales or stock position preferred.
Technical skills / abilities:
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
· Flexible schedule is required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite.
· SAP is a plus.
