We Recruit

 

As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she ensures the efficiency of the daily operations of the boutique and animates sales staff. In addition, he/she achieves sales targets and ensures an exceptional client experience before, during and after a sale.

 

Key responsabilities

 

 

1. Team Management & People Development

Together with the Boutique Manager,

>Recruits the right profiles and ensures proactively talent pi­peline in the sales staff

>Drives staff performance

> Ensures people development (career committees, mid-year discussions, training & development plans), motivates and reinforces engagement.

 

2. Boutique Operations

> Ensures the implementation and respect of all group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines

> Is responsible for the back office and administration of the boutique

- Guarantees the application and reliability of all financial procedures

- Guarantees the application of all stock procedures

- Is responsible for all inventories (annual counts, cycle counts, spot counts)

> Ensure the implementation and respect of Visual Merchandising guidelines

> Assists the Boutique Manager with boutique reports if requested

 

3. Boutique Performance Management

>Assists the Boutique Manager with the definition, implementation and monitoring of action plans to achieve Maison and boutique sales targets

 

4. Sales Achievements & Client Portfolio Development

>Ensures a unique and exceptional client experience before, during and after a sale

>Masters perfectly the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop)

>Adapts according to the clients’ needs and motivations

>Deals with ease during negotiations and with objections

>Meets individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative

>Cultivates a strong client relationship to develop client loyalty and his/her client portfolio

>Participates to client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison

Your profil

 

 

Education & Required experience

> Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

> Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a boutique

> Sales skills & product knowledge

> Highly organized and structured

> Ability to multi-task

> Autonomy

> Fully bilingual (English- Portuguese) required. French and/or Spanish a plus
