Our client is a multinational company of the R&D sector and we are hiring a Category Manager for the industrial channel.

tus funciones
The Category Manager will be responsible for various marketing activities for channel.

- Defines and coordinates execution of market/customer analysis, and reports on findings to guide business decisions
- Supervises team
- Implements marketing tactics around channel, and executes efforts identified on the marketing plan
- Works with division product marketers to understand key goals, prioritize programs and products, align to calendars

Marketing "To" the Channel:

- Work with product divisions to develop product programs
- Create promotions and tailor it as per distributor segment
- Develop appropriate product bundles such as for Welding, Construction etc
- Develop "high-impact" product launches to Channel
- Take a leadership role to manage product categories at targeted distributors
- Own the conversion, catalogue, flyer and tender processes, and be accountable
- Manage tracking of competitive share at channels, flyer ROIs, tenders/conversion results
- Understand the company¿s digital capability, and syndicate content to Channels
- Analytics: POS analysis, market information to generate insights and opportunity identification to drive sales through partners

Marketing "Through" the channel:

- Shelf space, share gain programs
- Own and control of the BDF programs, manage over-all catalogue, flyer digital content syndication process in collaboration with DRC team
- Develop deep relationships with the Divisional Marketing Managers
- To provide information feedback from Sales Rep to divisional Marketing teams
- Look after "In-coming" CFM products

Profil recherché

requisitos del puesto
- 3-5 years of Channel/Product Marketing experience
- Marketing/ ADE /MBA diploma or degree
- Experience in category management, POS and data management
- Ability to leverage digital platforms for communication and information-sharing to and through channel
- 20% Travel
