tus funciones

-To support the management of calls for tenders/proposals from Call Procurement Strategy to contract signature;
-To contribute to the Experts Call for Expressions of Interest, award of Expert contracts and contribute to the contract follow-up;
-To contribute to the signature and follow up of Service Level Agreements with other EU bodies;
-To contribute to process maps, guidelines and templates related to procurement procedures and commercial management activities, monitor compliance and improve process effectiveness and efficiency;
-To support the implementation of document management policies and guidelines linked to procurement procedures and commercial management activities;
-To contribute to IT systems and tools in support of procurement procedures and commercial management activities.

Ideal candidate profile

Educational level:At least a post-secondary education attested by a diploma or a secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.

Professional experience:Job-related proven experience of minimum 3 years following the education requirements.

Computer literacy:Good knowledge and experience of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

Language skills:Very good working knowledge of English, the working language of the joint Undertaking.

Personal skills:
-Ability to build arid maintain good working relationships as part of a team.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Self-motivated and able to perform duties autonomously with speed and accuracy, according to set budgets and schedules.
-Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills.

  • Idiomas:Inglés: ALTO
  • Experiencia:3 años
tus beneficios

- Minimum salary: 22107 euros/year - It can be superior in function of experience.

- Schedule: from 9:00 to 18:00h. 40h/week.

- Zone: Diagonal Mar, Barcelona.

- Temporary contract from 17 of June until 12 months aprox.
