As HRSS and Site Service Owner, your role will be as below:

·  Lead excellent site employee service & solution delivery.负责员工服务, HR相关系统执行及薪酬相关事务。
·  Lead new-hire join in, exit, assignment change process to insure 100% compliance with policy and regulation. 协助办理员工入职、合同签订、离职、调任、升职等的手续办理。
·  Lead site canteen and shuttle bus service management to enable competitive cost and good service.负责工厂餐厅、班车等服务商管理，确保厂级服务和业务目标保持一致。
·  Responsible for department’s fixed assets management including inventory, master data etc.负责部门固定资产盘点，系统数据维护。
·  Support internal control process management which are HR responsible for. 协助HR负责的内控相关流程管控。
·  Responsible for employees archive management. 建立员工人事档案，负责人事档案的维护与更新。
·  Support employee recruiting and new hire on boarding training program execution. 协助招聘和新员工入职培训流程的实施。
·  Complete other tasks assigned by line manager. 完成直线经理交办的其他事宜。
Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree, HR related profession is preferred. 全日制本科学历，人力资源相关专业优先
·  Fresh graduate or no more than 2 years work experience is preferred. 应届毕业生或小于2年工作经验者优先
·  Proficient in OFFICE software. 能熟练操作Office办公软件
·  Good English writing and reading skills. 能熟练运用英语在日常沟通工作中
·  Strong ownership & Excellent execution, good at team collaboration. 责任心强，有较强的团队协作精神;
·  Good communication and influence skills. 有良好的沟通能力及协调能力
