Job Description

Main Purpose

· 
Act as a trusted advisor and guide within the organization and Agile teams through the Agile transformation, particularly in Agile software development mindsets, practices, and tools

· 
Work within the Agile Community of Practice to improve the processes

· 
Ensure successful adoption of Scaled Agile for Enterprise (SAFe®) within teams without risking the project delivery

· 
Work closely with Agile Team members, Program Team members, and Leadership to plan and deliver training and coaching

· 
Lead workshops & training sessions to educate individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices, in particular SAFe®,

· 
Collaborate with teams to set clear outcomes and ways to get there with the best of agile practices

· 
Empower Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enable flow of information, especially high priority items, with team members & stakeholders

· 
Provide relevant modelling and examples for people to emulate

· 
Engage with other Agile coaches and PLACE for continuous improvement and ongoing learning, and to identify broader organizational needs

· 
work closely with the Agile team members (Product owner, Scrum master, Team members) , program teams members, and leadership to plan and deliver training, coaching & mentoring support

Accountabilities

· 
Dotted-line member Program Leadership Teams supported, including Enterprise First – Consult / Execute / Inform

· 
Ensure consistency in Agile delivery practices with IT PepsiCo Lean-Agile Center of Excellence – Decide / Execute

· 
Set up the ways of working and governance with the different projects/workstreams that integrate the Program and across the broad group of stakeholders that are part of it – Execute

Collaborate with all Agile Teams in relevant Agile ceremonies, including Program Increment Planning and Inspect and Adapt sessions to provide coaching and training – Consult / Execute

Qualifications/Requirements

What are we looking for?

· 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related; combination of relevant education and experience will be considered

· 
Extensive experience in relation to IT, technology/software organizations

· 
Experience working in an Agile environment and experience with Agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.)

· 
Experience in delivering Agile training and coaching in a transforming organization

· 
Experience in SAFe®

· 
SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe® Program Consultant and Trainer (SPCT) preferred; PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) considered
