The Marketing Team Personal Assistant is critical to the smooth running of the department. You will be providing support to 4 highly regarded in the FMCG industry Marketing Directors, as well as their wider team. They display huge entrepreneurial drive so you will need to keep up in this fast paced and ever changing environment.

We are on the lookout for a motivated, professional and confident candidate to join our Marketing Team at Head Office in Reading. Someone who is highly organised and is able to manage multiple diaries. You’ll be able stay calm and keep up in a fast-paced office environment with a positive attitude and willingness to get involve, able to plan and effectively prioritise your workload. You’ll be part of the culture and engagement workstream bringing to life a fun and engaging calendar of activity to build a positive culture in the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

·  Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Directors, including diary management, internal / external meeting arrangements, global travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers, visas etc). Process expenses.
·  Experience of supporting busy and dynamic (x 30) team with inductions and ad hoc requests
·  Be a key contributor to the Culture & engagement workstream building a calendar of fun activities for the team and lead annual away day organisation
·  Sit in the marketing leadership team weekly connect, report back on actions
·  Project manage departmental quarterly employee award scheme
·  Stationery and annual leave management
·  Deputising for other Marketing PA during periods of absence

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Highly motivated and organised, demonstrating attention to detail
·  Ability to work in a fast paced and large corporate environment
·  Self-starter managing your own workload and prioritising well
·  Great teammate with a ‘can do’ attitude
·  Comfortable in taking care of a variety of stakeholders
·  Professional approach with high degree of discretion
·  Advanced knowledge of MS Office - including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
·  Calm under pressure with unflappable nature
