Are you ready to work as a Data Management Sr Associate? This is a key role for our success. You will support directly multiple manager/senior manager resources and occasionally interact with director levels. This role will cover all aspects of the Data Warehouse and Analytics capability and directly collaborate with the Manager of the ESSA Data and Analytics Delivery function. This role is sector in nature, due to the active support of very critical international sector projects.

Performs the analysis of business data requirements and translates into an enterprise data design that satisfies local, sector and global requirements

· 
Partners with project delivery team members to understand business requirements and associated needs

· 
Translates the data designs into physical data implementation – strong data modelling skills required

· 
Helps with the delivery of reporting and visualization solutions

· 
Works directly with business partners on the specific reporting/visualization requirements

· 
Works closely with vendors/other team members to execute technical solutions and address BI product technical issues

· 
Works on preparing estimates for the project and helps controlling the budget

Accountabilities:

· 
Provides input into setting data modeling and design principles, standards and best practices

· 
Develops data model and design plan that maximizes usability and reduces redundancy

· 
Translates functional design into technical specifications

· 
Builds and tests solution

· 
Reviews data designs in order to share best practices with the data modeling and design team

· 
Adheres to standards and best practices for reporting solutions

· 
Remains up-to-date on the latest reporting, visualizations and OLAP capabilities in order to apply the new learnings to technical solutions

· 
Provides comprehensive analysis using a variety of enterprise-wide applications (e.g., querying, scorecards, drill-through and drill-down capabilities)

Qualifications/Requirements

· 
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required

· 
3+ years of related Information Technology and business work experience (including data modelling and analytics)

· 
Experience with Teradata/other datawarehouse applications, experience with Alteryx, Knime

· 
Desirable: experience with Azure and advanced analytics

· 
Experience in Food/Beverage/Manufacturing industry preferred

· 
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

· 
Solves highly complex problems
