PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests.
To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3500 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.

Your role:

Help our 3 founders and occasionally some of our C-level staff in optimizing their work schedule and relieve them from some tasks allowing them to focus on strategic topics.

Your missions ⭐

As part of the General & Administration team you will directly report to Nicolas (Business Strategy) but will be expected to be rather autonomous on most of your tasks.
Your main focus will be to make our founders lives easier by relieving them from a number of administrative tasks as well as making sure their schedules are up to date.
We're basically looking for someone able to become a copilot for our 3 founders

Your mission will include but not be limited to:
- Act as a first point of contact, dealing with some mail correspondence
- Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments, controlling access to the founders' schedules
- Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
- Confirm their participation in events and conferences
- Remind the founders of important tasks and deadlines
- Liaise with other teams when necessary to organise meetings
- Collate and fill expenses
- Miscellaneous tasks to support them day to day. (restaurant booking, medical appointements...)

•You have great oral and written communication skills both in English and in French
•Organisational skills and the ability to multitask are written in your DNA

•You have a strong attention for detail
•The Google Suite has no secret for you and have the ability to learn company-specific software

Preferable Skills
• 5+ years experience in administration or a personal assistant position
•Decision making and problem solving skills
•Knowledge of Slack, Zoom & Notion tools
•No specific degree is required we are looking for an individual with a true desire to assist the founders in their work duties
