Role will support UTC Talent Leaders tasked with driving Workday Recruiting/Onboarding deployment and adoption within a specific country/location.
Under the supervision of the respective HR Executive, the HR project analyst will be responsible for the collection and inventory of Country-specific: Process documentation, Process Maps, Recruiting collateral, and Systems records – as well as early assistance with Change Management and training efforts.
Poste et missions:
- Execution of Country-Readiness Assessments and Documentation collection efforts for Workday Recruiting/Onboarding
- Consolidation of HR/Recruiting-business processes in support of Workday Recruiting/Onboarding deployment
- Work under general direction of Global Project team and UTC Talent to prepare local HR in advance of Workday Testing, Check-out reviews, and Go-Live efforts through the creation of Change Management and Training communications.
- Local oversight and management of RPO Partners (Outsourced Recruiting support) through reporting, audit, and on-ground support
- Assist in the build and validation of Country-specific systems training and support (Con. Calls, off-hour availability – per location, etc….)
- Support Operationalization and Steady-State training of Recruiting and Onboarding tools
- Support Audit through data collection and supporting analysis

Profil:
Bachelor’s and/or Secondary degree required. Concentration of study areas to include Human Resources, Business, Systems, HRIS, or related
Prior professional experience desired
- 2+ years of working experience in a related field
