Job description
about the role
Manage ,implement and deployment of the tool platform within the infrastructure selected for the purpose
Interlock with relevant stakeholders i.e. GPO,MSC, VPO to develop processes to leverage the tools
Train and assist the operational entities to manage transition/transformation and operation.
Support the tests to be done on the Proof of Concept for both Prime and DNA
Provide alarms meaningful/thresholds for tickets creation rules
Provide the technical knowledge required to build processes
Support for the design and size the build and run models
Support the setup to send customer alarms to Service Now
Test the overall customer solution
Provide Customer Technical PM to implement the EMS platform
Deliver the Build Of Material for the platform
Contribute in the Low Level Design
Licenses management
IT Services (FTP server, MIB Server, backups,...)
SCMZ management when the platform is Orange hosted
Discovery to build inventory (Site Survey or other)
Support Service Operations when users claim for problem resolution
Change request Management of related to platform evolution, security / hardware / software
Guide to prepare the Configuration access
Level 3 support to Maintain and Manage the infrastructure (EMS tools and servers linked to the platform)
Application Release management in relation with Vendor and Domain
Ensure training environment available within LAB platform
Test customer environment within LAB platform when evolutions required
Build a cookbook with most used solutions based on customers cases :
Design of the solution : customer hosted/orange hosted
Security rules and constraints
Support Pre-sales and Post-sales consultancy

Expert level knowldge on ISE/DNA and PRIME
Customer Oriented Attitude (Internal / External) – Can do !
Delivering within a matrix organization
First class proactive communication skills, negotiation, presentation,
Knowledge of Configuration Management
Knowledge Change Management
Solid knowledge of Digital Tools Management ,routing & switching etc.
Excellent knowledge of cisco prime in terms on deployment ,administration and operations.
Excellent hands on knowledge of routing, switching and wireless LAN environment
Ability to carefully plan and co-ordinate work according to a demanding time schedule
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional organization
Service oriented, customer focused, and have the ability to resolve complex - problems through a calculated and methodical approach.
Good time management, organizational and communication skills

ITIL Service Management certification preferred

Minimum 6- 10 years of experience in enterprise networks with main focus on LAN management(wired and wireless) and LAN management tools like Cisco prime, ISE,Aruba ,Cisco DNA center etc.
