about the role
User management in SAMBA - salesforce tool
Gather the needs of the access
Assist in best profile for the user needs
Assist in the explaining the role hierarchy
Assist in assigning the user roles
Chasing SPOCs and admins to customize the users in ‘to be defined roles’
view the permission set and help to answer queries on who can access what
Do screen share with end users for any queries on access issues
Altify Support
Work with the program project manager on the access requests
Maintain log and generate reports for the governance on the registered users lists
Answer queries from regions on the user registration on Altify
Testing Altify new feature implementation.
Tickets management
Create tickets as per the ad hoc request from stakeholders and SAMBA Business owner
Support user queries in Tickets.
Follow up on the pending tickets.
Testing any changes in UAT before push to production.
Support on the exchange rate updates
Testing
To support in testing all the changes going live in SAMBA.
creating the test use cases
creating defects log and check the fixes
working with technical team on clarifying the use cases and defects
working closely with the workstream lead and Business owner
Training
Training users on the new features delivered
Giving refresh training to the users (users at IB level) as and when needed
Other
supporting on the adhoc reporting request
support on adhoc administration of the UST ( user stories) – field updates
Strong written/oral communications and proofreading to prepare monthly Newsletter, release and publish for International Business Intelligence (IBI)
draft content to highlighting functional achievements within IBI
proof read the content before final release
categorize/segmentation of the newsletter to covers various topics
coordinate with the designer for newsletter design
follow up with various stakeholders within IBI to collate content
closely work with Head of IBI to validate and get approval for newsletter
think of new ideas (simple, creative/innovative) to present various topics
about you
