Job description

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.

Oracle Cloud Project Management Organization (PMO) is a dynamic team that builds, establishes, deploys, and maintains common project management standards to ensure consistent project management throughout our organization.

We are looking for a self motivated, resourceful and articulate individual to coordinate all aspects of internal information system-specific projects. This individual will work to help improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives.

This candidate will be challenged to work in a team environment and will coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customer and partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs impact assessments. Other responsibilities include defining detailed project scope and working with various business owners across multiple organizations to obtain the level of effort (LOE) that is needed to complete the initiative.

· Determine resource teams needed for project execution and prioritize requirements based on resource availability

· Work with functional managers to assign resources to project deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

· BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related major

· 5+ years experience

· Demonstrated ability to understand complex IT systems and processes

· Experience with Microsoft Suite of products

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an a organization

+1 years of experience as a JIRA administrator including such past responsibilities as:

Creating JIRA projects and making changes to workflows, screens, and fields

T Testing, installing, upgrading, and configuring plugins

Configuring custom reports, dashboards and Agile boards

Providing day to day administration support including performance tuning, scaling, and backups
