Talent Graduate Program- R&D profile

Mission and Main Objectives

This program will take over 24 months and will enable you to develop your skills in the area relevant to your degree such as R&D (Vehicle & Powertrain test & trial, Powertrain engineering, Light Commercial Vehicles design)

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Whatever your area, you will combining hands-on engineering with project coordination, teamwork, support, leadership and extensive communication among other departments.

Also, you will be in an important training scheme with a continuous monitoring for your development and performance through an Individual development program.

Initiative, confidence and a proactive approach are essential qualities in our engineers end graduates because you are not just responding issues, you are also looking for areas to improve, finding out how systems can operate to maximum efficiency, questioning methods and suggesting creative alternatives.

Background & Experience

-Industrial Engineer degrees (Mechanicals and Electrics/Electronics valuable). High qualifications will be appreciated.
Degrees should be completed maximum in the last 4 years and they must be Spanish or demonstrate equivalence according to the Spanish educational system.
-English and Spanish fluent are essential.
-Nissan labour contract will be offered under fixed term contract (contrato en prácticas) during 24 months. You should not have any "contrato en practicas" previously.
-Willing to travel and stages worldwide.
-Experience or stage in an international environment will be appreciated.
-Creative thinking/Problem solving.
-Driven license is needed.
-Good team worker/flexible working approach with ability to self motivate.
-Experience with Microsoft package useful.
-Spanish work permit.
