Position Title

T&C Facillities Engineer

Mission and Main Objectives

Based on the activities established by the Section Manager in his Annual Objectives Proposal (AOP), the Trim & Chassis Production Engineer mission consists in completing and implementing the appropriate activities to assure the department targets achievement and to implement new products in the best way to match with Quality, Cost, Delay, People and Safety requirements.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

1- Study technical feasability and economical impact of introduction of new products.
2- Analyse new products definition: NEM, NES, Spec Notice, Design Notes.
3- Prepare facilities and tooling.
3.1- Issue facilities pre-specification.
3.2- Issue facilities specification and manage purchase process.
4- Project deployment
3.1- Follow up project deployment with supplier.
3.2- Issue periodic reports of project status.
3.3- Follow up ANFEs issued by suppliers.
3.4- Buy off facilities, tooling and software..
5- Support trials.
5.1- Attend PT-Lot assembly for facilities concerns analysis and manage supplier support.
5.2- Attend PT-Lot assembly to test all KPIs facilities .
6- Manage handover and feed recurrence prevention database.

Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)

Crossfunctional teams participation with Manufacturing, Production Control, SCM, Purchase or Quality Engineering.

Background & Experience

Previous experience in project management and industrialisation within the areas of facilities conveyors, preferently gained within an automotive field.

Required 3-4 experience in this positions

Minimum Education Required

University degree

Specific Technical Skills

Cross functional team working capacity.
Leadership mindset, demonstrated with projects and CFT coordination.
High mechanical technical skills.
High flexibility between technologies.
