Position Title

HR Business Partner Trainee

Mission and Main Objectives

The role of this trainee will be to support on a wide range of HR activities and projects that would ensure the effective HR support to Manufacturing operations.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

HR Support on:
- Front Office for the Plant Manager and Line Management that will be responsible for dealing with the day to day HR operational topics.
- Labor Relations Management.
- Talent Management processes in the plants (PMD, Succession Planning, Career Development, HPP, EP, assessment, Training nominations, Recruitment processes…).
- Management & Compensation and Benefits processes in the plants (Salary review, promotions, job grading, manpower management, contract management…) according to Nissan Spain and Nissan AMIE HR policies.
