Position Title
HR Business Partner Cantabria
Mission and Main Objectives
Ensures the effective HR support to the Manufacturing operations to produce goods with the right cost, quality and flexibility, by providing the needed and best resources to the operations, achieving and maintaining a peaceful environment from the Social point of view and partnering up the Line Management to solve their operational topics from the HR Side. It is the front office for Plant Management.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Front Office for the Line Management that will be responsible for dealing with the day to day HR operational topics.
- Will play and advisory and counseling role for Mgt teams on HR and Organizational Issues.
- Responsible for the day to day Labour Relations Management.
- Responsible for the effective, successful and timely execution of Talent Management processes in the plants (PMD, Succession Planning, Career Development, EP, assessment, Training nominations, Recruitment processes…).
- Responsible for the effective, successful and timely execution of Resource Management & Compensation and Benefits processes in the plants (Salary review, promotions, job grading, manpower management, contract management…) according to the Nissan Spain and Nissan AMIE HR policies.
- Ensure that his area of responsibility is properly staffed with the best available resources within the given budget and headcount.

Background & Experience
- Desirable experience in Human Resources around 2-4 years in multinational industrial company, preferably as HR Business partner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (with Senior Management, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Trade Unions, LWC…)
- Negotiation and influential skills with a common sense approach. Works well under pressure, calm and firm, determined and target oriented, proactive and self starter.
- Team player. Interacts well with bosses, direct reports and cross-functionally. Operational Excellence focus
- Business oriented, understands business requirements and focus
