Main responsibilities include:
Maintain a client service orientation on day-to-day servicing of clients across multiple accounts.
Able to understand the research terms as well as the different advertising formats used in the digital landscape.
Project management, charting, analysis and reporting of assigned projects.
General comfort with software as well as running macros on excels.
Eye for detail in terms of reading data as well as charts, in order to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
Perform quality checks for all product deliverables and for ad-hoc work done on assigned accounts.
At least a Bachelor's Degree, in any discipline.
No experience required but up to 1 year of experience in Quantitative research from a research agency would be desirable
Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools i.e. Excel & PPT (VBA knowledge is a bonus)
Strong interest to understand the various advertisements in the digital landscape
Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.
