We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator who is organized yet flexible and is enthusiastic for both the practical and creative elements of strategic workplace Operations. This role provides the opportunity to coordinate all aspects of our growing workplace services at Seoul office, including but not limited to daily food service and catering, company events, shipping and receiving. Netflix is a fast paced and demanding company that requires a special individual who is able to exercise good judgment and take fast initiative.

A successful candidate will be ready to give improvement suggestions and very passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.

Facilities and Site Management

·  Be part of a workplace team supporting the day to day running of the building and workplace services
·  Responsible for the monitoring and upkeep of constant quality at the workplace throughout the day
·  Taking morning walkthroughs of all conference rooms, phone rooms, phone booth to ensure rooms are in good condition for use, check operations of VC, phone devices
·  Work closely with administrative assistants, janitorial staff, serviced office operation team for daily coordination
·  Be the building management POC for daily operations
·  Be responsible of office facilities, air-conditioning, lighting, furniture, office equipment are well-controlled office space are well-maintained
·  Be responsible and ensure various services are in place, maintain cleanliness of each area
·  Ensure all site documentation is in place, including operations & maintenance, floor plans, and guidebooks
·  Partner with our Talent team to ensure an exceptional on-boarding experience for new hires

F&B and Events

·  Coordinate and help drive a food and beverage program to the balance
·  Plan breakfast and lunch menus daily and be responsible of order & delivery & clean up
·  Plan selection of snacks, fresh fruit, dairy products (e.g. yogurt) beverages, coffee, and be responsible for order & delivery
·  Be a POC of occasional onsite event requests and support logistics - make sure all coordinations are in place and work closely with Admin. assistants
·  Coordinate occasional onsite event F&B and be responsible of order, delivery and clean up
·  Be responsible of receiving invoices - verifying, scanning, forwarding (to Workplace Services Manager), filing, tracking

Vendor Management and Administration

·  Be responsible for shipping & receiving, mails, packages distribution
·  Where necessary, take incoming calls and take messages, deliver/escalate to respective parties
·  Be the vendor POC for daily operations and responsible for vendor management
·  Calculate and compare costs for goods and services against industry averages

Supply Management

·  Be responsible of taking office supplies & stationeries inventory, order, delivery & receiving, sorting cabinets

Safety & Security

·  Be a part of EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) and ERT (Emergency Response Team) and act as Fire Warden/Emergency POC
·  Ensuring certification of Safety supplies, checking First Aid boxes are stocked and within date, etc.
·  Control access badges/key fobs lease, assignment, tracking and inventory
·  Some on call availability, flexible schedule for off hours/emergency support
·  Guest Services & Front office Management
·  Oversee reception services and ensure all guests & visitors are provided exceptional experience
·  Ensure visitor badges and temporary passes are in stock
