Job description

The Studio Creative team at Netflix Animation is looking for a Coordinator to support Artist Managers and the growing talent needs. The ideal candidate has a passion for Animation and supporting a dynamic/ever-growing team. Must be self-motivated, resourceful, proactive and adaptable to an ever-changing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication are critical, as well as impeccable attention to detail for effectively managing internal databases.
· Partner with artist management and studio leadership on workforce planning and resource management analysis to solve the ever-changing talent needs on projects
· Liaise with Production, Content and Cross Functional teams to ensure the accuracy of casting documents, crew sheets and reporting and help assess the data for planning purposes and solving resource conflicts
· Work with Artist Managers to analyze feature film, series and ancillary projects’ talent needs to develop strategic staffing plans and current/future headcount projections
· Manage internal staffing transitions and maintaining internal artists’ portfolios
· Prepare staffing and headcount dashboards for Artist Managers on key staffing milestones
· Partner with Studio Technology on defining workflow use-cases, and improving workflow methodologies for Artist Management and key cross-functional teams
· Work with Netflix proprietary tools to centralize information, help inform prioritization of new features, and develop new, more efficient ways to work and communicate
· Prepare staffing scenarios for upcoming projects based on internal resources and capacity
· Partner with HR to facilitate the on-boarding and off-boarding of animation talent
· Maintain google groups, directories, internal websites and broader communication for the Artist Management Team
· Support the day-to-day needs of Artist Management team, including but not limited to calendaring, travel and expenses and ad hoc projects
