Job description

Netflix, the leading online movie and television subscription service globally, is seeking a Receptionist to join our Brazil office based in Alphaville. · Provide the highest level of customer service to all employees, vendors and guests
· Work cross-functionally with IT, AV and a team of administrative assistants
· Greet guests, candidates, and visitors to Netflix
· Building access and badges
- Manage building badge access & after-hours access
- Request and/or cancel badges/ accesses when necessary
- Visitor management
· Create welcome bags for any candidate interviews & escort candidates in/out if necessary
· Manage all communications via tickets for badge access & shipping and receiving requests
· Maintain and improve upon holistic office visitor experience
· Overseeing shipping & receiving program
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Forwarding legal mail to correct DL
- Tracking all mail (inbound/outbound) and communicating package deliveries to staff
- Tracking all shipping & receiving inventory, including packaging equipment
- Partner with other internal shipping teams or external shipping vendors when necessary
- Logistics (FedEx, local courier, shipping company)
- Paperwork (invoice request, AWB, commercial invoice, packing list)
· Lost & found
· Petty cash management
· Office supplies - ordering, inventory control & copy rooms’ stock
· Data tracking: guest count, visitor docs, and more
· Back up support and ad hoc facilities support
- Assist with calendar management in the office upon request
